The Three Ways to be Confirmed

 

People celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation in three ways at Sacred Heart.

 

1. Teen Confirmation:                                   

     For you who were baptized Catholic as infants, are now in 10th or 11th grade, and who have not been confirmed but want to be.

2. RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults):    

For you who are not Catholic and are seven years of age or older, baptized or not, and wish to become full, active, and participating members of the Catholic Church.

For you baptized Catholic as infants who have received no further religious education or sacrament.

3. Adult Confirmation:                                 

For you who were baptized Catholic, received some Catholic education, and are now eighteen years of age or older.
